The Done Deal: Prep and Degreaser

There are those of us who choose to find ways to finally
expand beyond the dis-comfort of life events, and there are
those who do not choose and or, are unaware there is
‘actually’ an easier choice.

Once we choose to make ourselves aware of easier ways to
live and have our desires fulfilled, then there is… ‘the practice
of it’.

Again there are those who choose to practice until it becomes
second nature and there are those who do not. And then there
are those of us who bounce ‘in-between’.

Throughout the many courses/consulting venues I’ve offered,
by many playful names, it all has always been about only 2
things:

1. Choosing Characteristics
2. Expanding from Resistance to Our Choice of
Characteristics. (The Loops)

As I’ve gotten closer to putting my next book out, I’ve had
many emails and questions regarding how to expand beyond
from where we are, so that we can have what we want.

So…for your entertainment and practice, I’ve posted a ‘Cliff
Notes’ version of one of the often featured course themes…
on How to Surface Resistance; and I’ve fine tuned it and
made it fitting for The Done Deal book….
